Balloon Wrap Creations is Owned and Operated by Leslie Dahn, Certified Balloon Artist. We have been in the decorating business for over 16 years. We offer  unique, affordable and creative balloon decor. We attend seminars and conferences several times a year, keeping our designs fresh and on the edge. Although weddings are our favorite events to decorate, we love all kinds of events, and we especially love customizing designs to please our customers. Our customers' needs and wishes are extremely important to us - we are  not happy till you are happy, and we strive to exceed our customers' expectations.
